This particular set of photos was really fun to work with. I loved how romantic these pictures are. They truly capture the innocence children have and how oblivious they are to their own plight.

This set of photos really made me realize just how bad the neighborhood I live in really is.
There isn’t much room for people in this world who don’t even consider themselves worthy of at least some of the spotlight. These types of people normally get swallowed up and pushed aside by those of us who understand that in order to “succeed,” we must be seen. There are very few times where I can honestly say that I have been in a room of people and at some point or another not been the center of attention. I sincerely do not do it on purpose, but what can I say? For my life as a high school kid, this trait made me popular and simply because of the attention I had. But far too often my thunder was stolen by another student who knew the correct answer to a question, leaving me slightly embarrassed and with a deflated ego. Now, I study hard (sometimes) and maintain that attention so that, love me or hate me, you will leave the room knowing my name.
